This tree was unbelievable in person. It had the most amazing branches that were going in every direction. When I saw it, I stopped for a second trying to remember that it became that way - that it wasn't like that forever. What an amazing God we have! His work is beautiful and perfect.
Ah, the tree. What a magnificent piece of architecture. Coarse within - - its massive members defying gravity as they reach up and outward. The fine texture at the tips morphs by the minute as the sun moves, as the wind blows, and as the seasons change. Then in Spring, it begins again - - exponentially. All this supported by a massive, unseen foundation. Consider the functions of home builder, life sustainer, heat reliever and more, and you have one of God's great masterpieces!
